OK, I’m holding my sides. This video poker paperback book has got to be the biggest (A4) and skinniest book I’ve ever laid eyes on – think ABC books made out of skimpy paper but without as many pages…
I’m sorry, but the print is definitely above 12 pt in size and there’s more of white space. There are 35 pages in all, and this includes several full pages filled with absolutely nothing!!!! Just big white pages. There are four pages for notes at the back of the book – notes on what exactly? Even the title doesn’t make sense! Winning strategy to Video Poker???
In general, this book comes across as cheap and nasty – but the surprise is that it isn’t! It cost more than you’d generally want to pay for any book – never mind one that is teeny tiny and in short – pretty useless. Perhaps it should have been entitled – Your Winning Strategy to Video Poker - The Alternative to playing is to sell you this book and get quids in…?
It looks like something written for the web that accidentally got printed. It’s just my opinion but…is this guy just repeating himself? I’ve never known anyone be able to explain that video poker strategy has to be personalized in so many words, over so many pages. The scary thing is though - i think he believes himself! Sorry Mr Clark but it’s just not cutting it for me. OK – I think Ive made myself clear. Buy it if you want – I wouldn’t.
